Great stuff!

At 3:25 of the first video, was that red protoss building an empty refinery?

Force fields look great :D

I'm not too keen on the nydus worms requiring creep - sounds like the old transport solution and the new one put together. AND it makes the 'in-progress' building on indicating the nydus worm exit. Seems rather nerfed at the moment!

I am quite content with the latest version of the game. The unit roles make more sense and the the races are definitely distinguishing themselves further.

The production value of the in-game videos are much less epic and cinematic than the ones we've previously seen.

And another thing to note, Banelings in Zerg vs Terran matchups seem remarkably similar to the SC1 pider Mines in Terran vs Protoss matchups. The big difference is that while Protoss would very naturally get their detector out as part of their build tree early on enough to counter Spider Mines, Terrans have to wait a bit to get out Science Vessels.

Science Vessels are of course currently used to counter Lurkers and Mutalisks (and later Defilers). Banelings in SC2 however, are available much earlier than either of those units. I think this will drastically affect how much Map Control Terrans can get early to mid-game.

I have to say, as a Zerg player, I was pretty angry when I saw the Zerg throw away that clump of Mutalisk to those Thors. Where's my Muta Micro, Blizzard?

Warp Rays are pretty.

I wonder if they can actually participate in a fight and take damage or if they're more of a light artillery unit.
