There's another Q & A out. (Either some more news is ready to be released, or the Korean update torture is gearing up for another round.)

I still think lifting buildings is ridiculous. The phase idea makes more sense.

not to be a naye sayer.
But I don't really like the anti-gravity spell too, doesn't seem to fit in a 'space theme'. Maybe if the spell is changed into a 'phase spell', whereby when a building or unit is phased, it cannot move, and can be walked through, that I can see as pretty cool, as Protoss can Block off their own choke point and walk through when required too.

On the no unit with 2 attack.. that is sure to change too I bet. and yes, lets hope the bulky viking turns out to be 'slicker. =)

On the Armor class, I would prefer a more 'gradual scale' then an absolute scale, which is too simple.

I think it is definitely a backwards step if there are no units that use different weapons for air and ground attacks. For some units, such as dragoons or hydras, it makes sense for them to only have one weapon. But I always thought it was cool that wraiths had different ground and air attacks. Would look visually cool to have something like a wraith attack a thor with both missiles and guns at the same time.

Im voting for no in the anti grav case. There are plenty of counters to blockades and choke points that we don't need a WC3 cyclone. To me this seems less like a blockade by pass than a "I hate fighting Thors" spell. The supply depot is buried into the ground already. Now, you're going the lift it out of the ground for a bit then place it nicely back in its spot for me? The plausibility factor of this spell is increasingly dumb.

The thing I liked about warcraft three armor types was that it taught me what units I should build to counter my opponent's forces.

Overtime, I've come to think that this armor system contributes to what makes starcraft 2 a much more versatile game than warcraft 3. The number of options can be quite overwhelming, but in the end, I think this allows for greater ingenuity and life-span found in starcraft.

I think overall, I would prefer starcraft 2 to keep the current armor system. Being the truly genius developers and balance designers blizzard staffers are, I think blizzard will manage to create a truly versatile game that avoids the "rock-paper-scissors" dilemma.

This is a lot is neat information, though it does seem that the "No units currently in that use different attack vs. ground and air" comes more from chance or a "let's try this out" change than something that will stick it out to the final relase.

I still have a feeling that the zerg won't be out for at least 2 months, but hopefully they will show up sooner if people are working on them as described.
