I'm still confused as to how some people don't like the design, or rather, how some can find it "fugly". It's okay at the worst, and at the best, well... as far as I'm concerned, it's the best unit redesign in SC2 (the worst being the High Templar- frost wizard much?). There are some html templates like sc2blog mentioned, but they are pretty basic and fansite founders are probably better off creating a custom design.
